Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Changing Image 20/20 website and your purchase and use of Changing Image: The Experience, the interactive digital book from Changing Image 20/20 LLC. By using the website or purchasing the experience, you agree to these terms.

Changing Image: The Experience is an interactive digital book and app offered as a one-time purchase of $47.99 USD. It includes ten chapters, guided reflections, interactive exercises, and available journaling and progress features.

Your purchase includes ongoing access to the experience, subject to service availability and these terms. We work to keep the experience available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or perpetual hosting, and access may change as the service evolves.

Access is provided through the experience's own delivery and, where used, your account. Simply being redirected to a page does not by itself grant access. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials you use confidential.

Your purchase gives you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the experience. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share the content or your access credentials with others. All intellectual property remains with Changing Image 20/20 LLC and its licensors.

Because this is a digital product, purchases are generally nonrefundable once digital access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

If you experience a technical problem with delivery or access, contact support@changingimage2020.com with your order information and a description of the issue, and we will investigate and help.

The experience provides educational reflection and identity coaching content. It is not medical, mental health, nutrition, or other professional diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a replacement for individualized care from licensed professionals.

The Changing Image community is hosted on Skool. Community membership purchases are made through Skool's checkout and are governed by Skool's own terms, separate from these.

We may make reasonable updates to the website and the experience — for example, to improve content, fix issues, or maintain security. Changes to these terms are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
