Digital access to the Changing Image 20/20 interactive book experience, including ten chapters, guided reflections, interactive exercises, and available journaling/progress features.

Digital access is delivered at theexperience.changingimage2020.com after you create your account and complete secure checkout through Stripe.

The purchaser receives a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the experience. No copying, redistribution, resale, public posting, or unauthorized sharing of content or access credentials.

Intellectual property remains with Changing Image 20/20 LLC and relevant licensors.

All sales are final once digital access has been delivered. Due to the digital nature of this product, Changing Image 20/20 LLC does not offer refunds for changes of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction after access has been provided.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws or when a verified technical delivery problem prevents access to the purchased product and cannot be reasonably resolved.

Customers experiencing technical difficulties should contact support@changingimage2020.com with their order information and a description of the issue so that we have an opportunity to investigate and provide assistance.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or legal remedies.
